Sealing flange on the belt pulley side 1/7. Bolt; 2. Crankshaft timing belt pulley: There should be no oil on the mating surfaces between the timing belt pulley and the crankshaft; installation is possible only in one position; 3. Shaft gasket: for crankshaft on the belt pulley side; do not oil; 4. Sealing flange on pulley side: must sit on dowel pins; 5. Cylinder block; 6. Mounting pin: 2 pcs.

Tighten the bolts in 3 stages in the sequence shown.

Rear toothed belt guard; 14. Bolt: 9 Nm; 15. Hub: high pressure pump; 16. Nut; 17. High pressure pump toothed belt pulley; 18. Bolt; 19. Intermediate roller; 20. Bolt: replace; 50 Nm +90°; 21. Sealing ring: replace; 22. Coolant pump; 23. Bolt; 24. Crankshaft timing belt pulley: There should be no oil on the mating surfaces between the timing belt pulley and the crankshaft; installation is possible only in one position; 25. Bolt: replace; loosening and tightening with counter support "3415"; do not additionally lubricate the thread and flange; 120 Nm + 90°
Lower timing belt cover tightening torque

Tighten the arrow bolts to 9 Nm.
