Removal the additional units bracket (Audi Q5-8R)

Remove the generator. Remove the high pressure pump. Drain the coolant. Unscrew the bolt "arrow". Unscrew the bolts "1" and "2", remove the timing belt idler rollers.



Mark the position of the belt pulley relative to the hub. Make a corresponding mark "arrow".



Unscrew the "arrow" bolts. To do this, use the "3212" 2-hole wrench as a support.



Unscrew bolts "1" (3 pcs.) and bolt "3". Secure the vane pump with the connected hydraulic lines to the side. Remove the compressor from the bracket of additional units and secure it to the side.





Loosen bolts "4" securing fitting "3" using the SW 10 "3185" articulated wrench, unscrew using the "T10058" attachment and remove fitting "3" with the thermostat. Loosen bolts "1...6" and remove the bracket for additional units.



Loosen bolts "4" securing fitting "3" using the SW 10 "3185" articulated wrench, unscrew using the "T10058" attachment and remove fitting "3" with the thermostat. Loosen bolts "1...6" and remove the bracket for additional units.
