Removal



Repair of the brake vacuum pump "V192" is not carried out. If there is an error. Replace the brake vacuum pump "V192". Brake system vacuum pump. V192- is installed in the engine compartment at the front left, next to the ABS hydraulic unit "N55". Disconnect the plug connector "1" and remove it from the retainer on the brake vacuum pump bracket "V192". Disconnect the vacuum hose "2" and remove it from the brake vacuum pump "V192".



Repair of the brake vacuum pump «V192» is not carried out. If there is an error. Replace the brake…


Do not break the vacuum hose. A damaged vacuum line must be replaced. Unscrew the nuts "arrows" and remove the brake vacuum pump "V192" "1" up.

Installation



Install the brake vacuum pump "V192" "1" on the holder.

Install the brake vacuum pump «V192» «1» on the holder.


Check that the brake vacuum pump is seated correctly on the holder. The vacuum line nipple is turned in the direction of travel. Secure the brake vacuum pump "V192" using the nuts "arrows" on the holder with a tightening torque of 8 N·m. Push the vacuum hose "2" onto the vacuum line nipple until it locks into place audibly. Install the plug connector "1" into the mount on the brake vacuum pump holder "V192".
