Laying out lines
Brake lines and pipelines, as spare parts, are supplied ready for installation.
When installing the main lines and pipes of the brake drive, they should be secured at the original attachment points.
Pipelines on a hydraulic unit
- Pos. "1...4" hex nuts 14 Nm
- Pos. "5...6" hex nuts 14 Nm
Brake hose to brake caliper on front axle
- Pos. "1" brake hose, ensure that the fixing tabs are seated correctly in the bracket
- Pos. "2" fastening spring

- Pos. "3" brake pipe, 14 Nm
- Pos. "1" brake pipeline
- Pos. "2" fastening spring

- Pos. "3" brake hose. Ensure that the locking tabs are seated correctly in the bracket.
Laying brake lines in the wheel arch on the front axle
- Pos. "1" brake pipe, tightening torque 14 Nm
- Pos. "2" intermediate part

- Pos. "3" brake pipe, tightening torque 14 Nm
Connection of brake lines in the wheel arch on the front axle

- Pos. "1" brake hose bracket
- Item "2" Brake pipe, 14 Nm.
Laying the brake lines on the rear axle

- Pos. "1" brake hose to brake caliper 20 Nm
- Pos. "2" brake hose holder, ensure proper fastening of the locking tabs in the bracket
- Pos. "3" fastening spring

- Pos. "4" brake pipe, 14 Nm
