Scheme of installation of tubular-hose lines:
1. Pipe and hose line. Branch pipe color: "blue". If necessary, apply color marks to the pipe and hose lines. Insert into the gearshift unit, install into the hydraulic control unit using the mounting plate
2. Pipe and hose line. Connector color on mounting plate: "gold". Remove and install with clutch slave cylinder, install in hydraulic control unit using mounting plate
3. Pipe and hose line. The color of the branch pipe is "silver". Insert into the gearshift unit, install into the hydraulic control unit using the mounting plate
4. Sealing ring. Replace, do not mix up, parts match
5. Bushing. Replace
6. Clutch slave cylinder
7. O-ring. Replace
8. xMounting plate. Install the tubular and hose lines to the hydraulic control unit
5. Bracket, holds the pipe and hose lines
10. Gear shift unit
11. Clamp. Replace
Install the tubular and hose lines to the gear shifter
Press the "blue" tubular-hose line with a new sealing ring into the lower opening of the gear shifter. Press the "2" "silver" tubular-hose line with a new sealing ring into the upper opening of the gear shifter. Secure the tubular-hose lines in the gear shifter with the "arrow" clamp.
Install the tubular and hose lines using the mounting plate on the hydraulic control unit
Press the tubular-hose lines and new sealing rings into the hydraulic control unit until they stop.
- Tubular-hose line "1", "blue", to "P" = receiver.
- Tubular-hose line "2", "gold", to "K" = clutch slave cylinder.
- Tubular-hose line "3", "silver", to "T" = feed tank.
