Installation



Install the brake booster. Ensure that the seal is seated correctly. Screw in and tighten the bolts "1" securing the brake booster to the support bracket. Connect the vacuum line "3" to the brake booster. Install the master brake cylinder "15". Install the brake fluid reservoir "1".
  • On vehicles with manual transmission: insert hydraulic line "5" of the clutch into the brake fluid reservoir. Fill with brake fluid up to the mark. Bleed the brake system.
  • On a car with a manual transmission: bleed the clutch. Install the water drain box wall. Install the tensioner. Install the water drain box cover.

Connecting the brake pedal to the brake booster



Hold the ball head of the push rod in front of the fastening and press the brake pedal towards the brake booster until the ball head clicks into place with an audible click. Install the brake light sensor. Install the footwell air duct "A-B". Tighten the footwell air duct bolt "A". Connect the electrical connector "C". Install the storage compartment on the driver's side "1...3".
