Airbag Plug Replacement


Remove the driver's Airbag module. Disconnect the plug connectors "4, 6, 7". Use a small screwdriver to release the locks "8" of the plug connectors and disconnect the plug connectors "1, 2" of the driver's Airbag squib "N95" and the driver's Airbag squib 2 "N₂50". Hang the electrical wire "3" from the bracket "5" and remove.

Installation



Installation is in the reverse order, taking into account that the electrical connectors must be inserted until they stop and are audibly locked.

Driver's airbag



Driver's airbag1. El. connector of the squib 2 Airbag front passenger "N132". From calendar week 45/2010 squib 2 for cars for the rest of the world, except the USA is not installed; 2. Nut. 8 Nm. 2 pcs. Replace after each removal; 3. Airbag on the front passenger side with squib 1 Airbag front passenger "N131" and squib 2 Airbag front passenger "N132"; Consider the compliance of the Airbag module of the front panel locking and activation via a switch with a key; 4. Airbag ground wire; 5. Electrical connector of the squib 1 Airbag front passenger "N131"; 6. Nut. 8 N·m. 2 pcs. Replace after each removal
