Removal the window regulator 1. Lower window regulator mount; 2. Window regulator. Removal: Remove door trim. Remove speaker. Window regulator motor removed. Door glass removed. Door trim removed. Unlock threaded pins of window regulator motor and pass through inner panel. Loosen upper nuts. Unscrew lower nut and remove window regulator from "slotted hole". Press window regulator through hole in inner side panel of door; 3. Nut. 6 Nm. To remove the window, just loosen it at the top and unscrew it at the bottom
Remove the window lift motor. Remove the door glass. Remove the loudspeaker. Unlock the fastening clamps of the threaded pins "arrow" of the window lift using an 11 mm socket head, to do this, put the head on the threaded pins. Unlock the clamp "1" of the traction cable "2" from the inside of the guide of the traction cable "1".
Remove seals "1" and "3". Unscrew the upper and lower nuts "2". Remove the window regulator "4" from the side of the door through the opening in the inner door panel.
Installation
The clamps of the threaded pins "arrow" of the window regulator must be fixed in the inner panel of the door. Install the speaker. Install the door glass. Install the electric motor of the window regulator.
Removal the glass guide 1. Glass guide. Door glass removed. Starting from the top, remove the glass guide from the "A-pillar" and "B-pillar" on the side of the door. Pull the glass guide out of the door in an upward direction. To facilitate installation, lubricate the guide with a soap solution. Insert the glass guide under the guide channel as shown in the figure. Press the glass guide with the latches upward as shown in the figure above; 2. Door; 3. Door glass
