List of niches



There are many niches in various places of the car.

Your car has the following niches:
  • first aid kit;
  • warning triangle;
  • glove box;
  • niche for storing a folder with documents;
  • door niches;
  • clothes hooks;
  • front seat storage compartments;
  • niche for storing audio cassettes;
  • niche of the side trim of the trunk.

Some of the niches listed are included in the kit only for certain modifications or are installed upon request.

Caution: Do not place any objects on the instrument panel. While driving (when accelerating or turning) it is possible that such objects could be moved inside the car and the driver could be distracted from the traffic situation - risk of an accident!


Glove box



The storage box can be locked, and when the lid is open, the lighting in the box is turned on.

Opening the glove compartment
  • Pull the handle located in the lid in the direction of the arrow and open the lid downwards.

Closing the glove compartment
  • Close the lid until it locks into place.

The glove compartment lighting comes on when the lid is opened and the headlights/parking lights are on.



The lid of the glove compartment has fasteners for attaching writing instruments.

Attention. Store only small items that do not protrude from the recess in the door trim. Otherwise, the area of action of the side airbags will be limited!


Hangers (clothes hooks)

  • To open the hanger, press on its upper part (arrow).

Attention
  • When using hangers, ensure that clothing does not obstruct rear visibility.
  • Hang only light clothing. There should be no heavy or sharp objects in the pockets.
  • In order to ensure the protective function of the head airbags, the use of clothes hangers is not permitted.





Front seat storage compartments



There is a pull-out storage compartment at the end of each front seat.

  • Lift the drawer handle and pull it out.

Closing
  • Insert the drawer completely until it locks into place.

Extraction
  • To remove the drawer, press the bar down (arrow) and remove the drawer.

Note: The maximum load capacity of the box is 1 kg.

Audio cassettes can be stored (without cases) in pull-out compartments that can be stored in a niche designed for them.

  • To open the compartment, slide the key (arrow) back.
  • The cassette is placed in the compartment with the open side facing up.
  • To close, push the compartment all the way back until it locks into place.

When a cassette is in the compartment, a red mark appears on the left side of the compartment.



Locking the reels prevents the tape from unwinding spontaneously and thus becoming deformed.
