The air inlet nozzle is secured with four steel spring clips in the instrument panel opening. The following describes how to remove the air inlet nozzle on the front passenger side.
Removal
Remove the glove box.
From the reverse side, push out the decorative trim 1 (Fig. 13.5) from the instrument panel.

Release the steel spring clamps of nozzle 5 (Fig. 13.6). To do this, insert a thin screwdriver 1 (Fig. 13.6) through the hole into the upper clamp 2. Press the clamp down. Insert the second screwdriver 3 (Fig. 13.6) into the second clamp, press the clamp and hold the screwdriver in this position.

Release the second retainer in the same way.
From the back, through the opening in the glove compartment, press and release the lower clamps C (Fig. 13.7). The lower clamps can be released in the same way as the upper ones, through the openings in the nozzle grille.

Remove the nozzle from the instrument panel.
Installation
Insert the air supply nozzle into the instrument panel opening and press it until the latches click into place.
Install the decorative trim.
Install a storage box.
