Air damper elements on the intake manifold (aDR engine)

Removal
1. Remove the throttle body.

2. On ADR engine (Motronic 3.2) remove the fuel manifold and disconnect the water pipe (A) and the hose from the expansion tank (B) located above the intake manifold.
3. Disconnect the vacuum and air hoses from the intake manifold. Disconnect the connection connectors.
4. Remove the accelerator cable fastener from the upper intake manifold and disconnect the hoses and wires from the choke if necessary (See Fig. Upper Intake Manifold Components on AAR, AAN Engine and Choke Components on Intake Manifold (aDR engine)).
5. On the AAR engine (KEIII Jetronic) remove the upper section of the intake manifold.
6. Gradually loosen the mounting bolts and remove the intake manifold or its lower section (See Fig. Elements of the lower section of the intake manifold on the AAR, AAN engine).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
