Intake manifold (Audi A6 C4)

Removal

1. Remove the air filter.

2. Remove the EGR valve and pipe if necessary.

3. Disconnect the air hose.



4. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the intake manifold.



5. Remove the heat shield if necessary (aAT engine).



6. Gradually loosen the intake manifold mounting bolts.





7. Remove the bolts.



8. Remove the manifold.



9. Remove the gasket.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
