Accelerator Cable (AAS)



Removal



1. Remove the trim panel and disconnect the cable from the pedal.

2. In the engine compartment, remove the retaining clip and disconnect the cable from the lever.

3. Remove the cable from the vehicle.

Installation and adjustment



1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Adjust the cable tension so that the throttle lever touches the stop when pressing the accelerator pedal.

Accelerator cable with mechanical adjustment (aAS engine)



Removal



1. Turn the adjustment knob fully counterclockwise.

2. Disconnect the cable from the lever and remove it from the vehicle.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Removal



1. Remove the trim panel.

2. Disconnect the cable from the pedal.

3. Loosen the nut, remove the washer and disconnect the cable from the pedal position sensor. Remove the cable.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
