Camshaft housing:
1. Intake camshaft gear with variable valve timing. Do not disassemble
2. Washer
3. Locking bolt, 25 Nm
4. O-ring. Replace if damaged
5. Bolt. Replace. Lubricate the thread and bearing surface of the head, 40 Nm + 90°. Screw with left-hand thread!
6. The mesh oil filter is installed in the cylinder head. Replace
7. Camshaft housing with integrated camshaft bearings, remove old sealant residues, clean seating surfaces thoroughly; they must be free of oil and grease, before installation, apply sealant, when installing, put vertically from above on the expansion bolt and dowel pins
8. O-ring. Replace
9. Valve 1 for variable valve timing -N205-
10. Bolt, 10 Nm
11. Check valve
12. Rubber tip
13. Oil filler neck
14. Sealing cuff. Replace if damaged
15. Seal. Replace if damaged
16. Lid
17. Seal. Replace
18. Hall sender -G40-
19. Bolt. 10 Nm
20. O-ring. Replace
21. Bolt. Replace, follow the sequence when unscrewing
22. O-ring. Replace
23. High pressure pump with fuel pressure control valve -N276-
24. Bolt
25. Lid
26. Bolt. 10 Nm
27. O-ring. Replace
28. Exhaust camshaft with cams to drive the high pressure pump. Before doing this, remove the roller tappet of the high-pressure pump, before installing, lubricate with oil, including the shoulders of the axial bearings
29. Exhaust camshaft. Moisten with oil before installing, including bearing shoulders
30. Laying of a shaft of the final distributor. Replace
31. Exhaust camshaft gear
32. Bolt. Replace, 20 Nm + 90°
33. Shaft gasket for intake camshaft gear with variable valve timing
34. Washer. Not available for new designs, if disc has been installed it must be replaced and re-installed
Replace the camshaft housing bolts. Tighten bolts in sequence -1... 15- in 2 steps as follows: tighten to 10 Nm, turn 90°further.
