Camshaft housing:

Camshaft housing:
1. Intake camshaft gear with valve timing adjuster. Do not disassemble
2. Washer
3. Locking bolt, 25 Nm
4. Sealing ring. Replace if damaged
5. Bolt. Replace. Lubricate the thread and the bearing surface of the head, 40 Nm + 90°. Screw with left-hand thread!
6. The mesh oil filter is installed in the cylinder head. Replace
7. Camshaft housing with built-in camshaft bearings, remove the remains of the old sealant, thoroughly clean the seating surfaces; they should be free of oil and grease, apply sealant before installation, when installing put vertically on top of the expansion bolt and mounting pins
8. O-ring. Replace
9. Valve 1 for adjusting valve timing "N₂05"
10. Bolt, 10 Nm
11. Check valve
12. Rubber tip
13. Oil filler neck
14. Sealing cuff. Replace if damaged
15. Seal. Replace if damaged
16. Lid
17. Seal. Replace
18. Hall sensor "G40"
19. Bolt. 10 Nm
20. O-ring. Replace
21. Bolt. Replace, follow the sequence when unscrewing
22. Sealing ring. Replace
23. High pressure pump with fuel pressure regulating valve "N₂76"
24. Bolt
25. Lid
26. Bolt. 10 Nm
27. Sealing ring. Replace
28. Exhaust camshaft with cams for driving the high-pressure pump. Before this, remove the roller tappet of the high-pressure pump, lubricate with oil before installation, including the shoulders of the axial bearings
29. Exhaust camshaft. Before installation, wet with oil, including the bearing shoulders
30. Exhaust distributor shaft gasket. Replace
31. Exhaust camshaft gear
32. Bolt. Replace, 20 Nm + 90°
33. Shaft gasket for intake camshaft gear with valve timing adjuster
34. Washer. Not present for new designs, if the disc was installed it must be replaced and reinstalled




Replace the camshaft housing mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence «1... 15» in 2…


Replace the camshaft housing mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence "1... 15" in 2 stages as follows: tighten with a torque of 10 Nm, turn further by 90°.
