Removal
Removal and installation of the return ring with the contact ring must be carried out in the middle position (wheels in straight-ahead position).
Remove the steering column switch. Carefully unlock the "arrow" locks and remove the housing in a return manner: from the rings with the contact ring and the "G85" steering wheel angle sensor from the switch on the steering column.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order, in this case it is necessary to install the return ring housing with the contact ring and the steering wheel angle sensor "G85" on the switch on the steering column so that all the locks click into place. Peel off the tape or remove the protection during transportation if the part is new.
Check whether the steering wheel angle sensor "G85" is in the middle position: a yellow dot should be visible in the hole "arrow 1", and both marks "arrows" should be in line. Install the steering column switch.
