First, press the brake pedal towards the brake booster and secure it in this position.

  • 3. Fixing tabs

Insert the puller "T40136", pull it towards the driver's seat, holding the brake pedal in the opposite direction. In this way, the locking tabs "3" of the fastening are pressed by the ball head of the pressure rod "2". The figure shows the disconnection of the brake pedal from the brake booster with the pedal assembly removed. The disconnecting tool "T40136" and the brake pedal are pulled together towards the driver's seat. (This moves the brake pedal away from the ball head of the pressure rod).
