Note: Please note the differences in design. The decorative roof strips are not riveted to the body and must be pulled down to remove them. The decorative roof strips in the "Shine Surface" design must not be twisted or bent. It is not necessary to remove the side window to remove the decorative roof strip.

Roof trim strip in "Surface shine" design: remove the lower trim strip of the side of the C-pillar, starting from the side and back from the clips. Carefully pry the roof trim strip from above from the clips of the D-pillar and carefully remove it over the side window and unlock it on the body flange.
