Withdrawal
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the wire «masses» from the battery.
Warnings: Do not open the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning system.
Before removing with chalk, marker or paint, mark the direction of rotation of the V-ribbed belt. If, when installing a used V-ribbed belt, the V-ribbed belt rotates in the opposite direction, this will lead to its destruction. Make sure the V-ribbed belt is correctly positioned on the pulleys.

Remove front air ducts (pic. 3.3–25).
Pic. 3.3–26. Loosening the viscous radiator fan bolt
Remove the viscous-coupled radiator fan mounting bolt while holding the fan shaft from turning with another wrench (pic. 3.3–26).
Unscrew the bolts located at the top in front of the radiator and remove the radiator fan shroud.
Remove the viscous fan with shroud.
Pic. 3.3–27. Arrangement of screws of fastening of a casing of a v-ribbed belt
Loosen the screws and remove the V-ribbed belt cover (pic. 3.3–27).
Separate the casing from the tension roller of the V-ribbed belt of the air conditioning compressor.
Pic. 3.3–28. Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of a tension roller of a poly-v-ribbed belt of the compressor of the conditioner
Loosen the bolt securing the tension roller of the V-ribbed belt of the air conditioning compressor (pic. 3.3–28) and remove the belt.
Pic. 3.3–29. The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt
Using a socket wrench, turn the main V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, thereby loosening the belt tension, fix the tensioner in this position with a pin (pic. 3.3–29) and remove the belt.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Pic. 3.3–30. Poly V-belt location on diesel engine pulleys
Install the V-ribbed belt first on the crankshaft pulley, then on the idler pulleys, and lastly on the idler pulley (pic. 3.3–30).
Turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise with a socket wrench, remove the pin and release the wrench, as a result of which the belt will be tensioned (pic. 33–29).
Install the A/C compressor drive belt.
Pic. 3.3–31. Adjusting the tension of the poly-V-belt of the air conditioning compressor: 1 - the bolt of fastening the tension roller of the poly-V-belt; 2 - V-ribbed belt of the air conditioner compressor; 3 - torque wrench
Using a torque wrench with a 6 mm hex head, turn the tension roller of the poly-V-belt of the air conditioning compressor counterclockwise to a torque of 7 Nm and, holding the torque wrench in this position, tighten the bolt securing the tension roller of the poly-V-belt to 22 Nm with the second wrench (pic. 3.3–31).
Install the V-ribbed belt cover.
Install a viscous radiator fan.
Start the engine and check the correct operation of the V-ribbed belt.
