ADR Engine Drive Belts

• 1. Automatic tensioner
• 2. Generator
• 3. Pulley
• 4. Water pump
• 5. Power steering system pump
• 6. V-belt
• 7. Main drive belt
• 8. Damper
• 9. Tensioner
• 10. Air conditioning compressor drive belt
• 11. Air conditioning compressor

The drive belts are located on the front side of the engine.

Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley Components (4-cylinder engines)

• 1. Nuts
• 2. Hub
• 3. Outer half of the pulley
• 4. Inner half of the pulley
• 5. Washers

Execution order

1. Inspect drive belts for cracks, fraying, breaks and separation of layers.

2. Check pipes for leaks and repair if necessary.

3. To adjust the tension of the air conditioning compressor drive belt, install the required number of washers between the pulley halves.

4. To replace the belt, unscrew the mounting bolts and loosen the belt tension.
