Attention! Risk of burns from hot steam and hot coolant. When the engine is warm, the cooling system is under pressure. To release excess pressure, cover the coolant expansion tank cap with a cloth and carefully open it. Secure all hose connections with clamps of the appropriate series. The arrows marked on the ends of the pipes and hoses of the cooling system must be opposite each other.
Connection plan for cooling system hoses:
1. Coolant pump
2. Used throttle body 0338-
3. Heat exchanger of the heater. After replacing, drain the old and fill in the new coolant
4. Expansion tank with cap. Checking the safety valve in the cap of the expansion tank
5. Thermostat housing
6. Engine cooling thermostat -F265-
7. Coolant temperature sender -G62-
8. Radiator. After replacement, drain off old coolant and fill in new coolant, with coolant temperature sender at radiator outlet -G83- in coolant hose to coolant distributor housing. Removing and installing coolant temperature sender at radiator outlet -G83-
9. Oil cooler. After replacing, drain the old and fill in the new coolant
10. Cylinder head to cylinder block. After replacing, drain the old and fill in the new coolant
