Injector adjustment — since 2003 (Audi A2)

The installation dimensions indicate the values with a lead time for a moving vehicle, i.e. on a stationary vehicle the nozzles spray water with some offset.



Mark 4 points on the glass using a water-soluble marker.

Size "a" = 240...280 mm. Size "b" = 470...535 mm. Size "c" = 560...580 mm. Size "d" = 670 mm.

Fix these points from individual nozzles using the adjustment tool "T10127". If the spray field does not correspond to the specified parameters, this means that the nozzle is dirty and should be cleaned.
