Removal
Remove the front bumper. To protect the bumper, place a rag underneath and hold the nozzle with pliers. Remove the nozzle cover from the bumper by moving it upwards and carefully remove the "arrow" fasteners.
Disconnect water hose "1" of nozzle "4". Unscrew screws "1" and "3" and remove the nozzle.
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order, taking into account that clamps of the appropriate series must be used to secure all hose connections.
Install the hose clamp using hose clamp pliers "V.A.G 1275". Install the front bumper. Tightening torque: Nozzle to bumper: 2.5 Nm.
Setting up injectors
The headlight washer nozzles are already adjusted at the factory and do not require adjustment after installation.
