Removal
Remove the windshield wiper arm. Disconnect the washer hose "3". If present, disconnect the connectors "4" and "5" of the heated nozzles. Loosen the hose clamp "6" using hose clamp pliers "V.A.G 1921" and remove the water drain hose from the fairing grille. Remove the rubber seal "1" of the fairing grille. To prevent the fairing grille "2" from splitting when removing it, lightly lubricate the transition between the windshield and the fairing grille with a soap solution and remove the fairing grille, starting from the edge of the glass, in a vertically upward direction.
Remove the fairing grille "2". Release the washer hose. Release the electrical cable to the corresponding nozzle. Disconnect the washer tube from the corresponding nozzle. Press back both fastening plates "arrow 1" with a screwdriver and turn the nozzle upwards from the fairing grille "arrow 2".
Installation
Installation is in the reverse order, taking into account the following: the water hose must be fixed with a clearly audible click on the nozzle connector. Adjust the wiper arm.
