Removal
Remove the noise insulation screen. Remove the left fender liner.
Unclip the ventilation hose "1" on the holder "arrow". Remove the flexible tube "2" from the windshield washer reservoir. The bumper is removed in the picture.
Remove screws "1" and "3". Place a receiving tank under the washer reservoir. Disconnect the windshield washer system pipe "5" on the windshield washer water pump. Disconnect connector "4". Remove the windshield washer reservoir "2" from the guide ring.
If available, disconnect the "arrow" plug connector of the "F77" washer fluid low level sensor contact.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, taking into account the following: the water hose must be fixed with a clearly audible click in the windshield washer water pump connector. Insert the ventilation hose "1" into the mounting bracket and measure the distance "a". Dimension "a" = 3 mm. Install the left mudguard. Tightening torque: Windshield washer reservoir to the lock shelf: 3 Nm.
