The reservoir is located in the engine compartment at the front right and supplies water for washing the windshield, rear window and headlight washer.
Removal
1. Loosen the mounting bolts –1– and remove the coolant expansion tank (A) (key 10 mm) and take it up.
2. Remove the 2 Phillips head screws –2– and remove the canister (gasoline engine) (B) or fuel filter (diesel engine) and lift it up. C – washer reservoir.
3. Unscrew 2 nuts (arrows in the illustration).
4. Remove the washer reservoir (A) upwards from the engine compartment.
5. Disconnect the plug connections at the water pump.
6. Drain the water from the tank and remove the pump from the side of the tank.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
