Removal the EGR radiator (Audi Q5-8R)

Remove the engine casing "arrows". Remove the air filter housing. Remove the vacuum hose "1". Unscrew the bolts "2" and "4".

Compress coolant hoses "1" and "2" with clamps up to 25 mm "3094". Unscrew bolts "arrows" and remove the EGR cooler.

Install

Installation is in reverse order. Observe the following: Replace gaskets and O-rings. Top up coolant.

Removing the EGR valve "N18" with the EGR potentiometer "G212"

Remove the engine casing "arrows". Remove the electric motor of the flap in the intake manifold "V157". Disconnect the electrical connector "1". Unscrew the bolts "2" and "3", remove the EGR valve "N18" with the EGR potentiometer "G212". Do not take "Pos. 4" into account.

Install

Installation in reverse order: Replace the gaskets. Install the intake manifold flap motor "V157".
