Removal
1. Remove the corresponding front wheel.
2. Remove the ball joint retaining nut and separate the joint from the suspension strut using a ball joint separator.
3. Loosen the tie rod mounting bolt on the steering gear and remove the tie rod from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Do not mix up the installation position of the rod. Check that the rods are installed so that the inner fasteners 1 and the ball joints 2 are turned in the correct direction.
