Rear view mirror with mechanical adjustment
1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the mirror.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. The figure shows the location of the mirror adjustment screws.
Electrically adjustable rear view mirror
Audi 100 Models
1. Bend back the trim panel. Unscrew the mounting screws, disconnect the connection connector and remove the mirror.
2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Audi A6 Models
1. Remove the interior trim panel.
2. Loosen the mounting screws (arrows) and remove the mirror, disconnecting the connection connector.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Rear view mirror glass
1. Turn the mirror up and pry the bottom edge of the mirror with a screwdriver. Carefully remove the glass. Disconnect the connection connector.
2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Electric drive motor
1. Remove the glass.
2. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the engine. Disconnect the connection connector.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
