Removal
Removing the toothed belt for the main drive.

Loosen bolt "1" and remove the toothed belt tension roller for the main drive. Ignore the arrow. Check the "TDC" position of the camshaft: the flattened tooth on the toothed belt gear "1" for the crankshaft must match the "arrow" mark on the oil pump housing. Ignore pos. "2".

Turn the crankshaft slightly against the direction of engine rotation. To the right of tooth "A" of the toothed belt gear 3-4 tooth "arrow" should coincide with the mark on the oil pump housing. In this position of the crankshaft, one of the cams is on top, which makes it easier to install the oil pump. Shine oil pan.

Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the suction pipe.

Unscrew the bolt "arrow" and remove the running roller for the toothed belt of the main drive. Unscrew the bolt and remove the gear of the toothed belt for the crankshaft.

Unscrew bolts "1-5" and remove the oil pump housing.

Installation

One of the 4 cams "arrow" is on top of the crankshaft. Replace the seal and bolts for the oil pump housing.

Install the Allen screw from the sealing ring press tool "3083" with the mounting tool "T10022" onto the crankshaft and tighten by hand. Place the oil pump housing seal onto the centering sleeves "A". Lubricate the crankshaft cams with oil. Lightly lubricate the working edge of the oil pump seal with oil. Carefully install the oil pump onto the crankshaft cam. If necessary, align the rotor relative to the cam by slightly turning the oil pump. Carefully slide the oil pump housing onto the centering sleeves. Installation is in the reverse order, in this case it is necessary to install the oil pan. Installing the tensioner and running rollers for the main drive toothed belt. Installing the toothed belt for the main drive.
