Unscrew inner part of oil seal extractor -3240- with two turns (about 3 mm) from the outside and secure with a knurled screw. Lubricate the threaded head of the puller with engine oil, install and, pressing firmly, screw it as far as possible into the seal. Loosen the knurled bolt and turn the inside of the puller against the crankshaft until the seal is removed. Compress the puller in a vice in the area of the clamping surfaces and remove the sealing collar with pliers. Clean the workers and seals. sealing surface. Do not lubricate the sealing lip and the outer edge of the seal before pressing it in.
Push dowel sleeve -T10022- onto crankshaft journal and screw in with spindle -T10022/2- to the stop. Slide the cuff over the guide sleeve.
Press in oil seal up to stop using drift -T10022/1-. Slide the crankshaft timing belt gear onto the crankshaft and secure with the bolt. Installation of a toothed belt for the main drive.
