Unscrew the inner part of the cuff puller "3240" two turns (about 3 mm) from the outer part and secure with a knurled bolt. Lubricate the threaded head of the puller with engine oil, install and, pressing hard, screw it as deep as possible into the seal. Loosen the knurled bolt and turn the inner part of the puller against the crankshaft until the seal is removed. Clamp the puller in a vice in the area of the clamping surfaces and remove the sealing cuff with pliers. Clean the working and sealing surfaces of the cuff seal. Do not lubricate the working edge and the outer edge of the seal before pressing in.
Place the centering sleeve "T10022" on the crankshaft connecting rod journal and screw it in until it stops using the spindle "T10022/2". Push the cuff along the guide sleeve.
Press the cuff in until it stops using the T10022/1 mandrel. Put the toothed belt pinion for the crankshaft on the crankshaft and secure it with a bolt. Installing the toothed belt for the main drive.
