Removal
Remove the engine hood. Open the expansion tank cap. Remove the noise insulation screen "arrows". Remove the bumper cover. Place the tray for the service cranes "VAS 6208" under the engine. Remove the lower coolant hose from the radiator "arrow" and drain the coolant.
Disconnect the "arrow" connector of the radiator fan thermal switch "F18".
Disconnect the "arrow" connector of the radiator fan "V7".
Remove the engine cover "arrows". Remove the noise insulation screen located below, to do this, disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.
Remove the upper left coolant hose from the radiator at the point marked with the number "2". Ignore item "1".
Remove the dipstick from the guide tube. Remove the dipstick guide tube "1". Remove the oil filler tube "2" from the oil tank.
Press the oil filler neck until it stops and turn it to the left "arrow". Remove the oil filler neck.
Unscrew the bolts "arrows". Remove the oil tank from the radiator frame.
Remove the "arrow" bolts at the front of the radiator frame.
Unscrew bolts "2", "4" and "6" on the back side of the radiator frame. Pos. "3" and "pos." 5 - do not take into account.
Lift the radiator and remove it together with the radiator fan in a downward direction.

Installation
Installation is in reverse order, it is necessary to install the bumper cover. Fill with coolant.
Tightening torques:
- Intercooler to radiator: 6 Nm
- Radiator to radiator frame: 6 Nm
- Oil dipstick guide tube to oil filter holder: 10 Nm
