Caution! When opening the cap, hot steam or hot coolant may escape from the expansion tank. Wrap the cap in a rag and carefully open the tank. When the engine is warm, the cooling system is under pressure. If necessary, release the pressure before repair work. Gaskets and cuffs must be replaced. Use clamps of the appropriate series to secure all hose connections. Arrows on the ends of the tubes and coolant hoses must be opposite each other.
Connection diagram of cooling system hoses:
1. Radiator. After replacement, drain the old and fill with new coolant
2. Thermostat
3. Coolant pump
4. EGR radiator
5. Hole for bleeding the system = coolant hose going to the heater heat exchanger
6. Heat exchanger of the heater. After replacement, drain the old and fill with new coolant
7. Expansion tank with cap
8. Hole for bleeding the system - the coolant hose going to the radiator
