Removal



Remove the pump-injector. Very carefully pry and remove the used sealing rings from the pump-injector. Make sure that no burrs appear at the seating location of the sealing rings.

Installation



Instructions. Always use mandrels to install the sealing rings. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the sealing rings. Gradually switch to installing sealing rings without color markings. Observe the correct positioning of the sealing rings in relation to the grooves: the thickness of the ring decreases towards the injector. When installing, the sealing rings should be pushed on, not screwed on. Twisting the ring in its seat on the pump injector is not allowed.

Put the mandrel -T10056/1. on the unit injector until it stops. Carefully insert the upper, thicker sealing ring into the mandrel and into the seat of the unit injector. Remove the mounting sleeve.
