
Apply primer D 009 200 02 to the bonding surfaces of the rear lid and the sliding sunroof frame and allow it to dry for approx. 10 minutes.

Apply glue DH 009 100 03 to the back cover "1" (small cartouche).

In the back area, move the glue roller slightly inward, as shown in the picture.

Install the mounting bracket "3", the crossbar "4" and the spacer sleeve "2" into the frame of the sliding hatch "1".

Install the rear cover "1" into the frame "2" through the spacer sleeve.

Align the rear cover according to the "arrow" marks on the sunroof frame. Screw the crossbar ■: to the sunroof frame.

Bolt 8 Nm. Screw the rear cover to the crossmember. Tighten the bolts and nuts on the rear cover to 8 Nm.

Remove the glue protruding between the back cover "1" and the frame.

There should be no glue in the drainage area "arrow"; if necessary, remove any protruding glue.

Carefully spread the glue from the sides over the entire surface in the area of the "arrow" seals.

Carefully distribute the glue along the transition to the "arrow" seal. Check the tightness with water. Close the cutout on the back cover and pour water into the guide. At the same time, make sure that water does not come out from the inside of the guide.

Glue the seal "1" of the guide to its original place. Install the hatch frame.
