Instructions. Cover "1" and cover "4" are glued to the roof and are not spare parts. If the engine is faulty, the hatch is driven by an emergency drive.


Removal cover "2"



Fully open the sliding frame in the rearward direction. Open the cover «2» «1» in the rearward…


Fully open the sliding frame in the rearward direction. Open the cover "2" "1" in the rearward direction so as to allow access to the front bolt "arrow a". Loosen the arrow C nuts and tighten clamp 2 to allow better access to the front bolt. Hold the cover "2" during installation, otherwise the cover "2" may tip back over the curtain rail. Unscrew the arrow A and Arrow B bolts on both sides and remove the cover "2".

Installing cover "2"



Install cover "2" on the guide of the sliding sunroof link "3". Loosely fasten cover "2" with bolts "arrow a" at the front and "arrow b" at the rear on the guide of the link "3" and close cover "2". Adjust cover "2" "1" in height and longitudinally in relation to cover "3" and tighten the rear bolt "arrow b" to a torque of 4.5 Nm. Do not fully open cover "2" in the rear direction so as to provide access to the front bolt "arrow a" and tighten the bolt to a torque of 4.5 Nm.



Removal cover "3"



Close the cover «3». Remove the sliding frame. Remove the protective frame. Hold the cover «3»…


Close the cover "3". Remove the sliding frame. Remove the protective frame. Hold the cover "3" during installation, otherwise the cover "3" may tip back over the curtain rail. Remove bolts "arrow A" and "arrow B" from cover "3" "pos. 1". Remove the "3" cover from the vehicle.

Installing cover "3"



Install cover "3" on the guide of the sliding sunroof link "2". Loosely fasten cover "3" at the front and rear on the guide of the link and close the cover. Also align cover "3" at the front and rear parallel to the body side frame. Adjust cover "3" in relation to cover "4" in height and in the longitudinal direction and tighten bolts "arrow a" and "arrow b" to a torque of 4.5 Nm. Fully open the sliding sunroof. Install the protective frame. Install the sliding frame.
