Remove the toothed belt from the idler pulley and high pressure pump.
Remove the electrical plug connection "2" from the holder and disconnect it. Ignore "Pos. 1".
Unscrew the Hall sensor "G40" "arrow".
Remove the spacers with a screwdriver and remove the repair hole cover "arrows". Remove the Hall sensor "G40" from the cylinder head and pass its plug through the repair hole in the protective cover of the toothed belt.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, note the following. Close the repair hole in the protective lining of the toothed belt with a rubber plug according to the Electronic spare parts catalog. Install the toothed belt and adjust the timing phases.
