Removal the headlight housing mount



Turn off ignition. Removing headlight housing: halogen headlights. Unscrew bolts "3, 5, 7" and remove bracket "4". Unscrew bolt "2" by 3 turns and press fastening "6" from headlight housing "1" forward.

Installation



Insert the headlight housing all the way down into the headlight housing mount. The headlight housing should easily and effortlessly enter its mounting socket. Place the headlight housing "3" with the bracket on the radiator frame and wing arch. Tighten the bolts "1,2,4,5" tightly.

Install the front bumper trim. Set gaps "1" to the contours of the body. Gap size = gap uniformity. Tighten bolts "2...7", installing the headlight housing flush with the outer edge of the wing. Remove the front bumper trim.

Tighten the bolts "1, 2, 4, 5". Install the front bumper trim.



Check the gaps again, if necessary, repeat the gap adjustment as described at the beginning. Adjust the position of the headlights.
