Removal
Drain the coolant.
Caution! Risk of damage to cable locks. Do not remove cable locks from the intermediate lever gearshift rod lever. Removed cable locks must be replaced.
Unlock the selector cable lock as described below: pull the safety mechanism on the selector cable "arrow 2" forward as far as it will go. Turn the movable sleeve "arrow 3" as far as it will go and lock it. Pull the selector cable "1" out of the cable lock.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the connecting nipple. Remove the sealing ring and thermostat.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the sealing ring.
Push the thermostat into the guide as shown in the figure. Put on the fitting. The thermostat guide pin "2" must be inserted into the fitting mount. Install and adjust the selector cable. Fill with coolant.
