Turbocharger of the engine with the letter designation ATL, BHC:
1. Bolt, 25 Nm
2. Turbocharger support
3. Bolt, 20 Nm
4. Bolt, 15 Nm
5. Gasket. Replace
6. Turbocharger. Can only be replaced as a set with the exhaust manifold and power pneumatic element
7. Bracket of oil pre-supply pipe
8. Nut, 10 Nm
9. Sealing cuff. Replace
10. Connecting nipple, 30 Nm
11. Nut, 22 Nm. Observe the installation sequence: first screw both ends of the pipeline loosely, then finally tighten both ends of the pipeline. Secure the bracket.
12. Bolt, 1G Nm
13. Oil pre-supply line of the oil filter bracket. Check for patency. Before installation, fill the turbocharger with engine oil up to the connecting nipple of the oil line. 22 Nm. Observe the installation sequence: first screw both ends of the line loosely, then finally tighten both ends of the line. Secure the bracket.
14. Threaded plate
15. Nut, 22 Nm. Observe the installation sequence: first screw both ends of the pipeline loosely, then finally tighten both ends of the pipeline. Secure the bracket.
16. Gasket. Replace. Cover (thickening) to the intake manifold, installation position: cross member facing down
17. Washer
18. Nut, replace, 25 Nm
19. Heat shield
20. Nut, replace, 22 Nm
21. Heat shield bracket
22. Washer
23. Nut, replace, 22 Nm
24. Sealing cuff. Replace
25. Connecting nipple, 40 Nm
26. Return oil supply pipe to the cylinder block, 30 Nm
