1. Exhaust manifold
2. Bolt/nut, replace, lubricate the thread and the seating surface of the bolt heads with thermal thread varnish; thermal thread varnish, 25 Nm
3. Intake manifold
4. From the intercooler
5. Gasket. Replace, cover (thickening) to the intake manifold, installation position: cross member facing up
6. Bolt, 22 Nm
7. Gasket. Replace, mounting position: cross member facing down
8. Heat shield bracket
9. Washer
10. Heat shield, fix in bracket pos. "8"
11. Nut, 8 Nm
12. Retaining ring
13. Power pneumatic element of the electromagnetic valve of the boost pressure (cannot be replaced separately)
14. Drive rod
15. Bolt. When tightening, use thread sealant, 10 Nm
16. Bracket
17. From the air filter
18. Bolt, 15 Nm
19. Sealing cuff. Replace
20. Hose to the electromagnetic valve of the boost pressure limitation "N75"
21. Return oil supply pipe to the cylinder block, 30 Nm
22. Bolt, 15 Nm
23. Gasket. Replace
24. Intake pipe
25. Nut. Replace, 25 Nm
26. To the turbocharger
27. Connecting nipple, 30 Nm
28. Oil pipe for pre-supply of oil to the oil filter bracket. Check for patency. Before installation, fill the turbocharger with oil up to the connecting nipple of the oil pipe for pre-supply of oil, 22 Nm
29. Bracket of oil pre-supply line
