1. Bracket for built-in door parts. Dimension -a- = 4.5 mm + 1.5 mm. Size -a- adjust using an auxiliary template. Dimension -b- = 5 mm. 2 mm. Dimension -c- = 9.5 mm±1 mm. Dimension -d- = 12 mm±1 mm
2. Door glass. Dimension -b- = 5 mm. 2 mm. To check the size -b- completely close the glass (insert into door seal). Mark the bottom edge of the door seal on the glass with a fine felt-tip pen. Open the glass and measure the size -b- from the upper edge of the glass to the mark applied with a felt-tip pen
3. Rear side glass. Dimension -e- = 8.5 mm±1 mm.
4. Back door. Dimension -f- = 32 mm±1 mm. Can only be measured with door trim removed
Making an auxiliary template
According to the given dimensions, make an auxiliary template, for example, from plastic or plywood. Dimension -a- = 4.5 mm. Size -b- = approx. 30 mm. If the bracket for the door fittings is correctly adjusted, the template should rest against the door glass as well as against the roof strip, while being at a distance of approx. 100 mm from B-pillar.
Rear door hinges
1. Togh bolt, 30 Nm
2. Bolt Togh, 30 Nm
3. Bolt Togh, 30 Nm
4. Upper door hinge. Before removing, remove the C-pillar trim. To remove, unscrew the hexagon bolts
5. Lower door hinge. Removal is identical to the upper door hinge
6. Bolt Togh, 30 Nm
7. Back door
Joint width
The back door needs to be adjusted. Dimension -A- = 3.5 mm±0.5 mm. Dimension -B- = 4 mm±0.5 mm. Dimension -C- = 3.5 mm±0.5 mm.
Instruction. Check joint widths with setting template -3371-. the size of the gaps or the width of the joints can be adjusted by unscrewing the hinge bolts and moving the doors.
Adjustment with the lock shackle
There are marks on the lock bracket or on the B-pillar that allow you to fine-tune the door. Loosen bolts -1-. Move the lock clip -2- so that the door is flush with the contour of the body. Tighten the bolts. Tightening torque 20 Nm. Adjustment is allowed only towards the center of the vehicle, not in height.
