Removal
Drain the coolant.
Remove the timing belt.

Unscrew the guide roller mounting bolt (see Fig. 3.4–55).
Unscrew the bolts and remove the rear timing belt cover (see Fig. 3.4–55).

Unscrew the bolts and remove the water pump (Fig. 7–25).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
When installing, it is necessary to use a new O-ring and gaskets.
When installing the thermostat, the air bleed valve must be located at the top.
While turning the water pump shaft, check the condition of the water pump bearings and replace them if necessary.
Install the timing belt.
Fill with coolant.
