Removal
Before disconnecting the battery, find out if you have a radio activation code.
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the timing belt from the camshaft pulleys.
Remove the pulley from the right camshaft.
Remove the front section of the intake manifold.

Unscrew the screws and remove the upper 2 (see Fig. 3.3–58) section of the timing belt cover
Loosen the screws and remove the left 1 and right 3 timing belt covers.

Loosen the clamps, remove the three bolts and the front section of the coolant pipe from the front of the engine (see Fig. 7-20).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Lubricate the new sealing ring with G 012 A8 D and install it on the front section of the coolant pipe.
Install the timing belt.
Fill with coolant.
