Removal
Drain the coolant.
Remove the mechanical EGR valve.

Loosen the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses from the left section of the coolant pipe (Fig. 7–21).
Unscrew the bolt securing the left section of the cooling system pipe (see Fig. 7–21).
Disconnect the coolant hose from the radiator.
Remove the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.
Unscrew and remove the heat shield from the vacuum pump.
Remove the left section of the coolant pipe from the engine, rotate it upward and remove it from the engine.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Lubricate the new sealing ring with G 012 A8 D and install it on the front section of the coolant pipe.
Install the left section of the coolant pipe into the engine.
Install a mechanical EGR valve.
Install the timing belt.
Fill with coolant.
