Removal



Drain the coolant.

Remove the timing belt.

Remove the timing belt tensioner mechanism.

Remove the timing belt tensioner mechanism.

Unscrew the bolts (Fig. 7–16) and remove the water pump.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Fill with coolant.
