Instructions: Before disconnecting the high pressure wire and the "ground" from the mechanic, it is necessary to remove the electrostatic voltage (touch the lock or the body).


Disconnect the ignition and ground wires - side Airbag. Connect the ignition wire of the Airbag module to connector "5" (airbag adapter). The Airbag adapter "VAS 5094" must remain connected to the seat until the seat is reinstalled.

Press the locking latch "2" and pull out the connector in the direction of the arrow.

Installation



Installation in reverse order. After connecting the battery terminals, ensure that the vehicle is checked for completeness (radio, clock, electric windows...). If the Airbag fault indicator lamp (K 75) signals an error after installation, the fault memory data must be erased using the "VAS 5051 A" tester and the fault memory must be interrogated again.
