Front three-point seat belt



Front three-point seat belt1. Front seat belt mounting hardware; 2. Bolt. 45 Nm. If removal was carried out due to an accident, replace; 3. Bolt. 5 Nm. Self-locking. Replace after each removal. Threaded holes for bolts should be cleaned, for example with a thread cutter; 4. Front belt guide; 5. Bolt. 45 Nm. If removal was carried out due to an accident, replace; 6. Seat belt guide fittings; 7. Bolt. 27 Nm. If removal was carried out due to an accident, replace; 8. Seat belt height adjustment mechanism; 9. Electrical connector for driver's seat belt force limiter "G551" front passenger's seat belt force limiter "G552"; 10. Electrical connector of squib 1 driver's belt pretensioner "N153"; squib 1 front passenger seat belt pretensioner "N154"; 11. Automatic seat belt retractor mechanism. Driver's side: with igniter 1 for driver's side belt pretensioner "N153" and driver's side belt force limiter "G551". Front passenger side: with igniter 1 for front passenger's side belt pretensioner "N154" and front passenger's side belt force limiter "G552".; 12. Bolt. 45 Nm. If removal was carried out due to an accident, replace





Front seat belt buckle



Front seat belt buckle1. Front seat belt buckle driver side: with driver seat belt buckle switch "E24". Front passenger side: with front passenger seat belt buckle switch "E25" (export version; the seat belt lock option is not shown in the drawing); 2. Electrical connector for seat belt buckle switch; 3. Wiring bracket; 4. Bolt. 34 Nm. If removal was carried out due to an accident, replace; 5. Seat recess frame
