Warning! Risk of burns from hot steam and hot coolant. When the engine is warm, the cooling system is under excess pressure. To relieve excess pressure, place a rag around the coolant expansion tank cap and carefully open it. Secure all hose connections with clamps of the appropriate series. The arrows on the ends of the pipes and hoses of the cooling system must be opposite each other.
Cooling system hose connection plan:
1. Cooling system pump
2. Intake manifold
3. Heat exchanger of the heater, after replacement drain the old and fill with new coolant
4. Expansion tank with cap
5. Coolant hose, upper
6. Radiator. After replacement, drain the old coolant and fill it with new coolant
7. Coolant hose, lower
8. Thermostat housing
9. Cylinder head to cylinder block, after replacement drain old and fill with new coolant
