Removal
Remove the engine hood. Remove the noise-insulating casing, loosen the fasteners for this. Protect the detachable element from bending with the "T40035" retainer.
Unscrew the bolts "arrows" securing the inlet pipe to the exhaust manifold.
Remove the plug connection of the lambda boom of the G39 probe from the holder and disconnect its thread.
Remove the "arrow" bolt for the exhaust manifold bracket.
Remove the intake air preheating hose from the "arrow" heat shield.
Unscrew bolts "1" and remove the wiring from the camshaft bearing block. Unscrew bolts "2" and "3" and remove the heat shield.
Unscrew the "arrow" nuts and remove the exhaust manifold.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the gasket and self-locking nuts. Install the inlet pipe with the catalytic converter.
