Removal
Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key.
Car without air conditioning
The front seat heating switches are integrated into the front storage compartment. Unclip storage compartment "1" from the center console. Unlock the retaining clips and remove the seat heating switches "2" from the front storage compartment.
Car with air conditioning
The front seat heating switches are built into the Climatromc "E87" system control and display module. Remove the radio or radio navigation system control unit. Remove the Cliinatronic "E87" system control and display module from the "arrow" center console.
Press the "F" plug latches back and remove the "A...D" plug connectors. Press the "G" plug latches back and remove the "E" plug connection (rear window heating).
Carefully release the "arrow" latches with a small screwdriver.
Remove seat heating switches "1" and "2" from the Climatronic air conditioner control and indicator module "E87".
Installation
Installation in reverse order, it is necessary to connect the connector. Install the radio or radio navigation system.
